Stanztec 2026: High-End Solutions for Future Viability

Innovations covering all aspects of stamping and forming technology will be presented at the Stanztec trade fair for stamping technology from the 16th through the 18th of June, 2026. The eighth edition of this industry event, held at its traditional venue in the Congress Centre of “Gold City” Pforzheim (CCP), will once again showcase cutting-edge, brilliant stamping technologies. The trade fair for high-end solutions in the field of stamping and forming technology combines high levels of technical specialisation with regional and international focus. The exhibitor advisory board has chosen “optimistic progress” as the motto for the industry event.
“We’re very much looking forward to the exclusive expert meeting at the eighth Stanztec from 16 to 18 June 2026,” explains Bettina Schall, managing director of trade fair promoters P. E. Schall. “Stanztec is always a highlight and is valued as a unique communication platform. Its compact format, intensive exchange of ideas with expert visitors and world-class technology presentations make Stanztec one of the most important trade fairs in the industry,” emphasises Georg Knauer, Stanztec project manager. The exhibitor advisory board’s clear commitment to Pforzheim as a hub for stamping and forming technology underscores its regional ties. And the community operates internationally as well. Networks are cultivated and state-of-the-art solutions are showcased in Pforzheim. Concentrated expertise, outstanding technology and a compact format – that’s what makes stamping technology so unique,” says Knauer.
Three Exclusive Trade Fair Days for the Stamping Technology Community
According to the project manager, exhibition floor space at the CCP in Pforzheim is entirely booked out. “We’ll be welcoming a total of about 140 exhibitors.” The eighth edition of the industry gathering will thus build on the success of the previous Stanztec in 2024, where 138 exhibitors presented their innovations to expert visitors from more than 30 countries. In addition to Stanztec’s special charm, exhibitors also praised the excellent quality of the expert visitors at “Stamping Mecca Pforzheim” and the impressive visitor turnout on the very first day of the event. “And this will be the case once again this year,” promises the project manager, “because the globally unique concentration of specialists in the northern Black Forest around Pforzheim combines enormous expertise with strong appeal,” says Knauer.
The stamping technology sector is facing demanding economic and environmental challenges. Increasing product customisation with small and very small production runs, increasingly complex part geometries and, at the same time, stricter demands on quality, precision and the conservation of resources by avoiding waste represent just a few examples. Production efficiency and cost-effectiveness are currently more important than ever before, in order to remain competitive within the market. The ongoing shortage of qualified personnel must also be offset. Modern machines must fulfil current requirements with regard to process improvement, flexibility, multifunctionality and ease of use. Machine manufacturers must also respond to new demands placed on peripheral equipment for feeding and parts handling.
Exhibitor Advisory Board: Expertise, Regional Focus and Optimism
“Especially in light of the currently turbulent economic situation, it’s particularly important for the trade fair advisory board to stay on course,” says Klaus Müller from Leicht + Müller Stanztechnik in Remchingen, Germany, spokesperson for the Stanztec exhibitor advisory board. “In addition to the overall economic turmoil, we’re also dealing with an ongoing transition from one generation to the next. The current situation could lead to structural changes, which would affect productivity in our region. For this reason, it’s vitally important to showcase our regional strengths and thus secure our business location – along with its valuable jobs.” This is why the advisory board, together with trade fair promoters P. E. Schall, pays close attention to Stanztec’s core values of professional expertise and regional relevance when approving exhibitors. Visitors to the eighth Stanztec in 2026 will also be presented with an array of experts for old and new business relationships. The advisory board has chosen “optimistic progress” as the motto for this industry event.
Stanztec Provides Fresh Inspiration for Future Viability
Stanztec will be one of the year’s trade fair highlights. “This year’s key topics will once again include new technologies in toolmaking and the functional integration of machines,” says the project manager. Process-integrated quality assurance is also emerging as a trend. Automation and digitalisation continue to play an important role in production as a whole, and in stamping technology in particular. The community is eagerly anticipating the three-day event, which will take place at its usual venue in the CCP Pforzheim from the 16th through the 18th of June, 2026.
