With the WM-6000, KEYENCE presents a mobile 3D coordinate measuring machine that has been specially developed for large-format and complex workpieces. The system enables precise measurements and scans directly on the production line. And all this without having to go via a measuring room.

The system combines intuitive user guidance with visually supported software, which significantly simplifies and accelerates measurement processes. Users can record dimensions, shapes and deviations in real time and evaluate them immediately. Especially in the foundry and tool industry, the system helps to shorten inspection times, reduce rework and make quality processes more efficient.

Thanks to its mobility and wireless operation, the WM-6000 offers a flexible solution for a wide range of measurement requirements, from individual part inspection to the inspection of large-volume casting moulds.
