CHOTEST VX Series — Digital Measuring Projectors with 20 MP CMOS Sensor and Deep-Learning Algorithms
The CHOTEST VX Series captures workpieces completely at the push of a button and delivers precise measurement results in under 3 seconds. A 20-megapixel CMOS sensor combined with deep-learning algorithms detects even the finest contours. The doubly telecentric optics guarantee distortion-free imaging — independent of distance and workpiece height.
Six models for every requirement:
• VX1060 / VX1100 (entry-level): measuring field Ø60 / Ø100 mm, accuracy ±3 / ±4 µm
• VX8100D / VX8200D / VX8300D (standard): measuring fields 100×200 to 300×200 mm, accuracy ±3 µm, repeatability ±1 µm
• VX8306D (high-end): accuracy ±2 µm, repeatability ±0.5 µm
• VX8500D (large format): measuring field 500×400 mm, load capacity 20 kg
Glass scale resolution: 0.1 µm. Optional extensions: laser probe for height measurement and Z-contour scans (range up to 75 mm, resolution 0.25 µm) and 360° rotation unit with polar coordinate analysis.
VisionX Pro measurement software: CAD/DXF import (DXF, STEP, IGES), automatic detection of threads, gears, springs and contours, SPC / Cp / Cpk in real time, Q-DAS module, data export (CSV, Excel, TXT, Q-DAS, PDF, server). Your own PC via USB — no controller, no maintenance contract. Software updates free for life.
Three operating modes: Offline (manual placement), Nearline (batchwise robot feeding) and Inline (100 % inspection in cycle time, fully automated 24/7). Robot integration via RS232 and TCP/IP.
