Rack Plating – Digital from Order Entry to Delivery
C. Jentner has operated rack plating in-house since 2023. The line processes parts up to 800 × 600 mm in steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and aluminium – partial coating for defined surface areas is also available.

The coating program covers precious metals (gold, silver, rhodium, platinum, palladium), nickel variants (bright nickel, nickel sulfamate, chemical nickel mid-phos and high-phos), matte tin and bright tin, cyanide copper and acidic copper, as well as Cr-III and thiol-based passivation. The process serves industries including electronics, medical technology, aerospace, automotive, sensor technology and defense.
Fully Digitalized Process
Every order runs through the digital production system: AI-powered bath analyses monitor process parameters with precision, work plans are evaluated automatically, and all production data is recorded without gaps. The digital production file makes every manufacturing step traceable and ensures full traceability throughout. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN 9100.
