The Swiss stamping press manufacturer BRUDERER has come up with two new developments with high customer benefits. The brand-new stamping press models were developed in response to specific customer requests.

BSTA 710-220 stamping press
„More space for your productivity.“ The new BSTA 710-220 literally offers more space for complex stamping tools. It boasts the worldwide longest bed length to date in its class and thus allows precise and productive stamping. With automatic stroke adjustment and various options such as different stroke lengths and shut heights, press force monitoring etc., the BSTA 710-220 can be configured for individual customer requirements. Precision engineering and the unique BRUDERER drive and lever system ensure that the BSTA 710-220 is a reliable, long-lasting investment.
The first machines will be delivered in the summer of 2024.

BSTL 350-88 stamping press
This is the first model of a new BRUDERER high-precision stamping press product series and is available as a complete package with a matching feed unit and new controls.
“Built with your needs in mind“ is the strapline. BRUDERER has created a press that fits the needs of customers in the 3C market with high-volume production of small and miniature parts.

As a fixed-stroke press, the BSTL comes into its own when precision and continuity are required. Compared to older machine models, it uses up to 30% less energy. Operation is via a user-friendly interface with a customisable new tile look. The customer can access the control system with different devices via a web browser. Remote maintenance is state of the art and offers the highest cyber security. The BSTL is offered complete with a new generation servo feed unit. Thanks to its streamlined functions, the new BSTL is offered at an extremely interesting price-performance ratio. The first machines will be delivered in the spring of 2024.
