PCS 100 SMART FEED
In addition to the award winning Inline Vision & Weld System, Nidec SYS GmbH will present another highlight at Stanztec 2026: the PCS 100 Smart Feed. This compact yet powerful feed control system has been specifically developed for the modernization of existing equipment as well as for future proof new installations. Existing combinations of FEED8000 and PAS6000 can be replaced quickly and without major mechanical modifications—an important advantage for cost effective upgrades in ongoing production.
The PCS 100 Smart Feed offers outstanding application flexibility. Whether simple feed applications, tandem feeding, or configurations with up to four toothed feed wheels, the controller adapts precisely to varying requirements. Thanks to its modular design, a die protection module can be easily integrated or retrofitted at any time.
With its compact 4 axis control architecture, the PCS 100 delivers high performance in a minimal footprint, making it ideal for modern, space efficient press and forming lines. Plug and play connectors ensure fast installation, while Industry 4.0 readiness with OPC UA enables seamless integration into networked production environments. Operator convenience is ensured by the proven HMI platform used across Nidec SYS’s larger control systems, featuring user management, comprehensive diagnostic functions, and a wide range of additional capabilities.
