For the seventh time, the industry will deal with key topics covering all aspects of stamping and forming technology at the highly specialised Stanztec trade fair for stamping technology. This gem amongst industrial trade fairs will present a dazzling array of high-end stamping technologies at the Congress Centrum in “gold city” Pforzheim (CCP) from the 25th through the 27th of June, 2024. The exclusive expert event will showcase technological innovations of the highest calibre – in keeping with the motto “brilliant stamping technologies”, expert visitors from all over the world will experience new solutions for the efficient use of resources and functions integration. The trade fair is booked out!

“The industry is looking forward to this reunion after six years with great anticipation,” reports Georg Knauer, Stanztec project manager at trade fair promoters P. E. Schall. “Stanztec 2024 is entirely booked out and all of the industry’s renowned representatives will be on hand,” says Knauer. “It will once again be a great celebration for the industry in keeping with the motto brilliant stamping technologies!”
In the field of stamping technology as well, the topics of energy efficiency, reduced material consumption, minimisation of waste and maximum productivity have meanwhile become key factors. Automation and digitalisation characterise the processes, as do intelligent machines and tools, maximum output with reduced energy requirements and functions integration. The exhibition at the CCP in “gold city” Pforzheim will be a three-day highlight featuring new technologies in toolmaking, stamping technology and peripherals.

Profitability and Sustainability are Crucial

The highly specialised precision products produced by the stamping specialists are used in a wide variety of applications. They’re indispensable components. The stamping technology industry must respond to increasing product customisation, smaller batch sizes, increasingly complex part geometries and, at the same time, ever stricter demands in terms of quality and precision. The machines need to be flexible, multifunctional and easy to operate. Machine manufacturers must also respond to new requirements for peripheral equipment for feeding and parts disposal. Smart tools, networked components, material and energy efficiency as well as automated processes are driving technology ahead – stamping specialists also have to cope with the ongoing shortage of skilled labour.

Global Players – Regionally Linked

The promoters are expecting roughly 150 exhibitors and a highly interested, international expert audience from many nations. It’s thematic focus, its concentration on high-end technology and the targeted implementation of new solutions make Stanztec an especially interesting trade fair. The concentration of specialists in “Stamping Technology Valley” is unique throughout the world – the northern Black Forest, and in particular the region surrounding Pforzheim, has traditionally been a centre for stamping and forming technology. Technical expertise and a regional focus are at the top of the list. And thus once again this year, the CCP will be the meeting place for an exclusive community that will discuss current trends and challenges at the highest level. It’s an internationally active interest group that functions as a regionally organised community and sets new technological milestones with global impact.

High-End Stamping Technology in “Gold City” Pforzheim

Pforzheim is thus the right place for Stanztec, a gem amongst industrial trade fairs. The event takes place once every two years. With concentrated technological expertise, remarkable innovative strength and large numbers of international expert visitors, this summer event promises to be a major celebration. “Our reunion is long overdue! We cordially invite all stakeholders to celebrate the seventh Stanztec with us as an exclusive industry highlight,” says Bettina Schall with great satisfaction, managing director of trade fair promoters P.E. Schall.
