Stanztec 2024: Expert Visitors Experience a Dazzling Array of High-End Technologies

Brillant stamping technologies – that’s what it’s all about at the 7th Stanztec trade fair for stamping technology at the Congress Centre in “gold city” Pforzheim (CCP) from the 25th through the 27th of June, 2024. The exclusive industry highlight covers key topics in the field of stamping and forming technology and showcases state-of-the-art technological innovations. The efficient use of resources and functions integration are at the centre of attention. The trade fair is booked out.

Finally – after a six-year break, the industry is getting together once again! “We cordially invite all stakeholders to celebrate the seventh Stanztec with us as an exclusive industry highlight,” stresses Bettina Schall, managing director of trade fair promoters P. E. Schall. “In keeping with the motto brilliant stamping technologies, the expert gathering will present highly specialised, new solutions for greater efficiency and sustainability. We’re very much looking forward to face-to-face meetings!”

The trade fair promoters are expecting roughly 150 exhibitors from numerous countries. The expert audience values Stanztec’s focus on specific topics, its presentation of high-end technologies and the targeted implementation of new solutions. The concentration of specialists and global players in the field of stamping technology is unique throughout the world – the northern Black Forest, and in particular the region surrounding Pforzheim, has traditionally been a centre for stamping and forming technology. The companies located in “Stamping Technology Valley” constitute an internationally active interest group and appear at Stanztec as a regionally organised community. The CCP Congress Centre is Stanztec’s traditional venue, and the event is characterised by concentrated industry power as well as regional ties.
The highly specialised precision products manufactured by the stamping specialists are used in countless applications in a diverse range of configurations. They’re indispensable components for many products. The stamping technology industry must respond to increasing product customisation, smaller batch sizes, increasingly complex part geometries and, at the same time, ever stricter demands in terms of quality and precision. The machines need to be flexible, multifunctional and easy to operate. Machine manufacturers must also respond to new requirements for peripheral equipment for feeding and parts handling. Smart tools, networked components, material and energy efficiency, as well as automated processes, are the current trends for the new technologies – stamping specialists also have to cope with the ongoing shortage of qualified personnel. The topics of energy efficiency, reduced material consumption, minimisation of waste and maximum productivity are key factors in the field of stamping technology. Automation and digitalisation characterise the processes, as do intelligent machines and tools, maximum output with reduced energy requirements and functions integration. The exhibition at the CCP in “gold city” Pforzheim will be a three-day highlight featuring new technologies in toolmaking, stamping technology and peripherals.

Stanztec takes place regularly once every two years and is looking forward to the event in Pforzheim in 2024.
