Stanztec 2026: Inspiring and “Sold Out”

Stanztec Fachmesse für Stanztechnik 20260616 111558 uai

The 8th Stanztec, the trade fair for punching technology, kicked off on June 16, 2026, in a great atmosphere and with every seat filled. For three days, the punching and forming technology industry will gather at the Pforzheim Congress Centrum (CCP) for an intensive professional exchange. At this industry highlight in the northern Black Forest, concentrated technological expertise and remarkable innovative strength meet regional solidarity.

From the very first minute, the Pforzheim CCP was filled to capacity and permeated by an inspiring atmosphere. 145 exhibitors have traveled to this year’s Stanztec to showcase their latest developments for the stamping industry. “We are delighted to once again celebrate this gathering of stamping technology experts at the popular venue in Pforzheim from June 16 to 18 as a highlight of the industry,” said Bettina Schall, Managing Director of the trade fair company P. E. Schall, at the opening. “It is always unique to see how professional expertise, regional identity, and exclusivity come together here. We once again expect a dazzling array of state-of-the-art high-end technologies in die-cutting and forming technology and look forward to many fruitful technical discussions among peers.”

A unique trade show atmosphere with concentrated expertise in stamping technology

The trade show director immediately received an award from CCP Director Oliver Reitz—the “Sold-Out Award” for Stanztec 2026. “The CCP is fully booked,” Oliver Reitz announced with delight as he welcomed all exhibitors, trade visitors, and guests. “Here in the heartland of metalworking, Stanztec is practically a family reunion. We warmly welcome all guests from across the country.” Traditionally, the northern Black Forest—and especially the region around Pforzheim—has been a hub for stamping and forming technology. The companies in “Stanzvalley” act as an internationally active consortium and a regionally organized community, and they view Stanztec—which takes place every two years—as the ideal platform to present state-of-the-art stamping technology solutions and maintain their networks.

There is a strong need for discussion among users of stamping and forming equipment used to manufacture stamped parts for a wide range of industries. This is because they face existential challenges—rising production costs, high raw material and energy prices, disrupted supply chains, the current generational shift, and the ongoing shortage of skilled workers. In these economically turbulent times, it is particularly important to stay firmly on course toward the future, as both the exhibitor advisory board and the trade show organizer have emphasized. Stanztec aims to contribute to finding solutions for greater production efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The goal is to prepare manufacturing for the future and set it up efficiently. Thus, advancing digitalization, further automation, functional integration, and ease of use are among the topics at Stanztec, as are resource conservation, flexibility, and process stability.

Three inspiring days of the trade show centered on “Brilliant Stamping Technologies” are designed to showcase new opportunities and potential to users of stamping and forming equipment. The Stanztec format is ideally suited for this—the CCP venue offers a compact and efficient visitor experience. The industry gathering is open on all three days of the trade show from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To ensure easy access, the trade show organizer is offering a free shuttle service on all days from the parking lot at the Kohlenbunker in Pforzheim to the CCP.
